By accessing or using the Joino web app at joino.pro and the Joino mobile and watchOS apps (the "Service") operated by AICO Tech L.L.C-FZ (Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, license 2646735.01, hereafter "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. The Service

Joino is a community-first padel network. We help players find matches, join events, track scores, and review venues across the UAE. We do not provide booking of courts or refund of court fees. Court bookings are made directly with the relevant venue.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to create an account. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Account & conduct

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
You agree not to harass other players, post unlawful content, attempt to break the Service, or scrape data programmatically.
Repeated no-shows or community guideline breaches can lead to restrictions or account suspension.
You can delete your account at any time via hello@joino.pro.

4. Events & payments

When you register for a paid event, payment terms and refund policy of the specific event apply (shown on the event page). Premium experiences are organised in partnership with third-party operators; their safety and quality standards apply.

5. Score data & sharing

Scores you record become part of your public profile and can be shared via the public share link generated by the app. You can request removal of any score by writing to us.

6. Intellectual property

The Joino name, logo, app design, and software are owned by AICO Tech L.L.C-FZ. User-generated content (profile info, reviews, scores) remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display it on the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Padel is a physical sport; you play at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries, equipment damage, or disputes between players or with venues.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AED 100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the community. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), without regard to conflicts of law principles. Courts of the DIFC have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
